I am Diana Beltran founder of Happy Autumn Counseling and bilingual therapist in Garland, TX

I created Happy Autumn Counseling with a simple but powerful vision, to make therapy a space of transformation. As a bilingual therapist, I saw how many women needed care that spoke their language and understood their culture, so I built a team that could do both.

Today, our group of therapists serves Garland and the entire state of Texas with EMDR, CBT, and psychological evaluations designed to help women heal from trauma, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions. We believe therapy should not just treat pain, but awaken strength, clarity, and connection.

Every story we hear reminds us that healing is possible, that peace is not lost, and that even after hardship, growth can be beautiful.
