Mental Health Services
Happy Autumn offers individual counseling, online therapy, and clinical supervision services. When engaging our services, please note the following:
- Therapeutic relationship: the professional relationship between you and your therapist formally begins when you sign the informed consent documents, not by browsing this website or submitting a contact form.
- Licenses and states: our therapists are licensed to practice in Texas, Arkansas, and Florida. We cannot serve individuals who reside outside these states at the time of the session.
- Online sessions: online therapy sessions are conducted through secure HIPAA-compliant platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in a private space during the session.
- Cancellations: cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual service agreement. We generally require at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Emergencies: our services do not include emergency care. If you are in crisis, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room.
All of our services are available in Spanish and English. You do not need to translate your emotions: we speak your language.
Immigration Evaluations
Immigration psychological evaluations are a specialized service of Happy Autumn. These evaluations are used as supporting evidence in immigration cases and are subject to the following conditions:
- Clinical purpose: evaluations are clinical documents based on psychological interviews and standardized tools. They reflect the professional opinion of the evaluator based on the evidence gathered.
- Not a legal guarantee: a psychological evaluation supports your case, but does not guarantee the outcome of your immigration process. Legal decisions are the responsibility of the appropriate authorities.
- Coordination with your attorney: we work in coordination with your legal representative. The report is delivered to your attorney or to you directly, as you authorize.
- Report confidentiality: the content of your evaluation is confidential and protected by HIPAA laws. It is shared only with parties you authorize in writing.
- Payments and fees: immigration evaluations require payment in advance. Fees are communicated prior to scheduling and are detailed in your service agreement.
Privacy and Confidentiality
